This title almost seems unreasonable. Online gambling in the Unites States in now officially forbidden. The new senate law, which was signed by the President of the US, George W. Bush, clearly states that no online gambling (and the law says what is considered an online gambling) are allowed inside the borderline of the Unites States and the credit card companies can’t receive money or give payments to the wagers on the behalf of the operating casinos. Yes I know, this sounds horrible. But – there are games in the Unites States – online! So smile.
The law says that the traditional games, which have been played by people for many years, such as poker, are not allowed. Some games available for a year or two in any large online gambling facility, such as Television or Sports Trivia – are not considered online gambling. That means you can wager on that game in any American online casino, and that will not be a felony. You can freely answer trivia questions online, and win a nice amount of money (and of course with out a worry can pay the online gambling entrance fee to the casino, as common).
The only thing remain to be solved is the payment issue. You can’t pass credit money to an online casino. But if it’s not considered online gambling there is no problem. Of course some of the casinos accept cheques and pay pal. The other solution of course, if you really want to play poker – you would have to log into one of many US branch online gambling sites around the world.
