I have received a word that the Costa Rican online gambling community is under going a discussion of regularity of the online gambling local industry, similar to the British and Canadian colleagues. That route if some what on the other direction of the happening in the United States. Some major online gambling lobbyists from all over the South American continent is conducting meetings with Costa Rican ministers in order to increase the chances of the route moving forward.
This same thing is now happening in the United Kingdome and the Canadian municipal governments. Lobbies have been founded for that purpose – and are making a loud voice of the online gambling regularity enterprise in those countries. The joining of the South American continent to the move – shows that the banning law in the Unites States might have caused the opposite effect it was made for. The US is now surrounded by free giving online gambling operating countries – that enabled online gambling for the entire world and the US wagers as well, and shows to the US senate that the regularity enterprise causes no damage at all!
The US have made quite a research for this law, it tool it 7 years to pass. But it does not say that it could not be done with regularity. The demon effect tag the senate had tried to put on online gambling does not work. The US online gambling companies are moving to other routes which are not considered gambling – and the US is losing the taxes they could have gotten from the industry.
